The practical details behind ordering from Lee Ann's Dairy Delight.
Orders and payment
Orders placed through this site are confirmed once payment is authorized. Prices shown online match the menu at the time of your visit; we will always contact you before changing an order. Delivery orders are fulfilled by our delivery partner, Rapid Eats, and may include delivery and service fees shown at checkout.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup orders are prepared for the time you select. Delivery times are estimates — weather, traffic and order volume can affect them. If something is missing or incorrect, call the shop and we will make it right.
Cancellations and refunds
Because food is prepared to order, we cannot cancel an order once preparation has started. Refunds for missing or incorrect items are issued to the original payment method at the shop’s discretion after a quick review.
Allergens and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles dairy, wheat, egg, soy and nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please tell us about allergies before ordering and we will help you choose as safely as possible.
Accounts and privacy
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. How we collect, use and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
